St. Augustine's MTC has staged Robin, Prince of Sherwood twice before, in 1999 and 2001. It proved to be enormously popular with everyone involved in the production and with audiences who were drawn into the performances and on their feet applauding at the end of each show. After a gap of 11 years, it was time to bring the show and its great collection of characters back to life!
The show is packed with fun, laughter and action, telling the familiar tale of Robin Hood through a vibrant all-sung musical score with songs in styles ranging from ballads and rock to reggae and the Beach Boys! A great evening of family entertainment!
