St. Augustine's MTC is extremely grateful to all those individuals and companies that donated fabulous raffle prizes, including Cadbury's - and particularly to Barclay's Bank who generously agreed to double the amount raised during the week, resulting in an amazing £2423.44 for the TCT.  Well done to everyone who contributed and helped to raise the money.

First Night of Disco Inferno Supports the Teenage Cancer Trust (posted 23 Sept 09)

St. Augustine's MTC is pledging its support to the Teenage Cancer Trust at the opening night of the forthcoming production of Disco Inferno.  The first performance, Monday 16 November,  will be a Gala fundraising evening for the charity with half of the tickets being donated to the TCT to support its invaluable work.

Teenage Cancer Trust makes sure that young cancer patients get the best possible care in hospital and the chance to do all the things that other teenagers do. It funds specialist units in NHS hospitals. As well as an existing unit at University Hospital Birmingham (QE), it is building two new TCT units in the West Midlands which will cost £3 million - so the Trust needs all the help it can get.

More information about the work of the TCT can be found on its website.
